David is principal and founder at Archon Commercial Advisors, a full-service commercial real estate company that operates on the principles of exemplary experience, integrity and partnership. Through cultivating his “Ninja Network” of influencers and dealmakers, David has access to and is expert at gathering real-time and backchannel information. He lever- ages this intel as arbitrage to uncover unique and lucrative leasing and development opportunities, and teaches how to do the same. His progressive approach stimulates business expansion and creates wealth for initiative-based circles of confidantes within the commercial real estate ecosystem.
David is an athlete and a scholar. He played college hoops at St. Xavier & DePaul Universities before hanging the kicks to study abroad in Osaka, Japan, at the Kansai Gaidai University, and he interned for the NBA in Tokyo. Once awakening from his early 20s hoop dream, David went back to school and received his MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Busi- ness (Rollins College) in Florida. He serves on the Board of the Ty Cobb Museum / Educational Fund and is a member of ICSC and other local philanthropic organizations.
David resides in Florida and North Carolina, and, most importantly, has
three extraordinary daughters.
